1. Introduction

Welcome to Imprint and Imprint Delivery mobile applications (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Imprint mobile applications and services, including placing print and book orders, uploading files, and using delivery services.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The present Terms & Conditions are designed to inform you of your rights and obligations when using IMPRINT 's services.

By checking the "I Agree" button, you hereby acknowledge:

·         You have read the Terms and Privacy policy.

·      You agree and consent to be bound by the Terms and Privacy Policy as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Imprint.

·      Important: We reserve the right at our sole discretionary power to change, add, modify, alter, amend or remove the Terms or any of its features, in whole or in part, without any obligation to notify you. We may update the Terms to reflect changes in laws, regulations, rules, technology, systems use, and availability of Third-Party's Content. Amendments shall be effective upon being published on our Platform.

·      We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue your use and access to our Service, restrict or terminate the availability of certain Services to you, or delete your account in case we have reason to believe that you violated any of the Terms. Any termination or cancellation may be affected without prior notice.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Residency Requirements:

·         If you are a minor and wish to purchase from our Platform, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

·         If you use our Services on behalf of another entity, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such entity to the Terms.

 Registration Information Required:

To register as a member, you will be required to provide:

·         Email address.

·         Contact number.

·         Username.

·         Password.

Your Responsibilities:

You represent and warrant that your Registration Information shall be:

·         True and current.

·         Accurate and complete.

·         Updated and maintained at all times.

Consequences of False Information: If Registration Information is proven inaccurate, false, incomplete or outdated, Imprint reserves the right to suspend, delete your account or restrict your access and use of our Services.

Prohibited Activities:

You acknowledge that you will not:

·         Register under a false name.

·         Attempt to impersonate any other person.

·         Engage in fraudulent conduct.

Login Credentials

Your Responsibilities:

·         Protect and safeguard the confidentiality of your username and password.

·         Do not disclose Login Credentials to any third-party except authorized users.

·         You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

·         Notify Imprint immediately if account security is compromised.

Such actions constitute a violation of Applicable Law and will entitle Imprint to indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your access.

3. User Accounts

·         You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

·         You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

·         We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders & Services

A. Print & Book Orders

·         Orders are placed through the App by uploading files and selecting print specifications.

·         Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified unless explicitly allowed by customer support.

B. File Responsibility

·         You confirm that you own the rights to the files you upload or have permission to use them.

·         You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, copyrighted without permission, or violates third-party rights.

5. Pricing & Payments

·         Prices displayed in the App include applicable fees and taxes unless stated otherwise.

·         Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

·         We do not store your payment card details.

If payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

6. Delivery Terms

·         Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, workload, or external factors.

·         You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

·         Failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details may result in additional fees.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

·         Orders may only be canceled before printing starts.

·         Printed or processed orders are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors caused by us.

·         Refund decisions are at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

·         All content; logos, designs, and trademarks used in the App belong to Imprint or its licensors.

·         You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any App content without written permission.

9. App Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

·         Misuse the App or interfere with its functionality

·         Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

·         Upload malicious files or viruses

·         Use the App for unlawful purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

·         To the maximum extent permitted by law.

·         Imprint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

·         We are not responsible for data loss beyond our stated file retention period.

·         Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the related order.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if:

·         You violate these Terms.

·         We are required to do so by law.

·         Continued use poses risk to the platform or other users.

12. Privacy

·         Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data and uploaded files.

13. Changes to These Terms

 We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be effective once posted in the App with an updated effective date.

14. Imprint Safeway System

Payment Methods:

·         Payment for Products may be made through:

·         (e-Wallet).

·         Paymob.

·         Cash on Delivery.

·         Other alternative payment methods.

15. Use of Names

Intellectual Property Protection:

·         Imprint tradename, trademark, logo, copyright, patent and proprietary rights are valuable Imprint property. You may not use or exploit these rights without express prior written consent.

Violations and Remedies:

·         Violation causes irreparable damage and constitutes intellectual property infringement, entitling Imprint to:

·         Injunction and specific performance.

·         Equitable relief through competent courts.

·         Additional legal and equitable remedies.

16. Waiver

·         Failure of Imprint to require performance of any Terms shall not prevent subsequent enforcement or be deemed waiver of subsequent breach by any User.

17. Severance

·         If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the fullest extent permissible. Invalidity of one provision does not invalidate remaining Terms, which remain in full force and effect.

18. Our Content

Intellectual Property Rights:

All content on our application is the exclusive property of Imprint:

·         Page headers and custom graphics.

·         Button icons and scripts.

·         Descriptions and presentations.

·         Images, icons, software, designs, applications, data.

License Granted to You

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license to:

·         Access our Content.

·         Use our Services for lawful and personal use only.

Enforcement: Imprint reserves the right to suspend or delete your account and take legal action for Content integrity violations.

Harmful Activities

·         Distribute viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or harmful technologies.

·         Interfere with service to users, hosts, or networks.

·         Submit computer viruses, overload, flood, spam, or crash the Platform.

·         Send unsolicited bulk emails, junk mail, spam, or chain letters.

Prohibited Communications:

·         Send unsolicited promotional emails.

·         Use Platform to undermine or discredit Imprint.

·         Circumvent fee structure or billing process.

·         Infringe upon others' property.

·         Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Enforcement: Violation results in suspension, access blocking, and potential legal action.

19. User Obligations

Payment Responsibilities:

·         Pay Purchase Price of ordered Products plus shipping charges.

·         Insufficient Wallet funds may result in account suspension.

·         Account suspension doesn't eliminate liability for unpaid dues.

20. Governing law & Disputes Resolution

Applicable Law:

Terms, Platform access and use, and relationship with Imprint governed solely by laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Dispute Resolution:

All disputes shall be resolved before competent courts of Egypt. You irrevocably submit to original and exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts for all disputes.

21.Additional Information

Mini Cash services are provided under the license of the General Authority for Financial Control, Number 7/2020.
