·         By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We collect information that helps us process your orders and improve our services.

A. Personal Data:

When you register or place an order, we may collect the following:

  • Delivery Information: Shipping address and location data to ensure accurate delivery.

B. User Content (Files & Documents):

To fulfill print orders, we collect:

  • Uploaded Files: Documents, photos, or designs you upload for printing.
  • Order Details: Paper type, binding options, quantity, and other print specifications.

C. Payment Information:

·         We do not store your financial information on our servers.

·         All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Paymob.

·         We only receive confirmation that the payment was successfully completed.

 3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • Order Processing: To process print and book orders and generate invoices.
  • Delivery Services: To share required delivery details with our drivers.
  • File Processing: To access uploaded files strictly for printing purposes.
  • Communication: To send order updates, notifications, and customer support responses.
  • App Improvement: To analyze usage trends, fix bugs, and enhance functionality.

4. How We Handle Your Files (Important)

We understand that uploaded documents may contain sensitive or personal information.

  • Access: Files are accessed only by automated systems or authorized personnel for printing and quality control.
  • Retention: Files are stored securely only for the duration required to complete your order and handle reprints. After 30 days, uploaded files are automatically deleted from our systems.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. Your information is shared only in the following cases:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third parties such as payment processors, delivery services, and cloud hosting providers.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or in response to valid legal requests from authorities.

6. Data Security

·         We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information and uploaded files from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

·         However, no method of data transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

  • Request deletion of your account and data.

8.Prohibited Content:

Your Content may not contain:

·         False, fraudulent, inaccurate, deceptive, misleading, libelous, defamatory, unlawful, threatening information.

·         Racist, derogatory, disrespectful, inappropriate, offensive material.

·         Profane, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, or indecent content.

·         Illegal or rights-infringing material.

·         Content promoting bigotry, racism, violence, threat, hatred or harm.

·         Solicitation to buy/sell outside Marketplace.

·         Content violating Egyptian laws or third-party rights.

·         Material disparaging Imprint or its Services.

9.Account Restrictions:

You may not:

·         Access another user's account without express consent.

·         Transfer or assign your account without our prior written consent.

·         Register more than one account with same Credentials.

Identity Verification: Imprint may request valid supporting documents to verify your identity or entity authorization. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or deletion.

Account Management:

·         Imprint may delete unconfirmed or inactive accounts.

·         Imprint may reject or terminate service provision at its discretion.
