    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    1- Cancellation Policy

    Effective Date: Feb 1, 2026

    1. Overview

    This Cancellation Policy explains how and when orders placed through the Imprint and Imprint Delivery mobile applications can be canceled.

    By placing an order through the App, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

    2. Order Cancellation Eligibility

    Orders may be canceled only before printing or processing has started.

    Once printing, binding, or any production process begins, the order cannot be canceled.

    3. How to Cancel an Order

    To cancel an eligible order:

    1. Open the Imprint App.
    2. Navigate to your order details.
    3. Submit a cancellation request through customer support or through the App.

    Cancellation requests must be made immediately after order placement and before production begins.

    4. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

    Orders cannot be canceled in the following cases:

    • Printing or processing has already started.
    • The order has been completed or delivered.
    • The order includes customized or personalized printed materials.
    • The delay or issue is caused by incorrect files or details provided by the user.

    You may return or replace the Product within 1 days following receipt, provided:

    ·         Product is in same condition as received.

    ·         Not opened, used, installed, damaged or altered.

    ·         Original invoice copy provided.

    ·         Not among non-returnable list.

     

     5. Effect of Cancellation

    • If the order is canceled before printing starts, a full refund may be issued according to the Refund Policy in the same business day.
    • If cancellation is requested after production begins, no refund will be issued.

    6. Delivery-Related Cancellations

    • Orders cannot be canceled once they are out for delivery or finished printing or confirmed.
    • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

    7. Imprint-Initiated Cancellations

    Imprint reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

    • Payment failure or suspected fraud.
    • Unavailability of materials or services.
    • Technical errors affecting order processing.
    • Legal or policy violations.

    In such cases, customers will receive a full refund in same business day of order if payment has already been completed.

    8. Changes to This Cancellation Policy

    ·         We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time.

    ·         Any changes will be posted in the App with an updated effective date.

    ·         Imprint reserves right to reject non-compliant return requests.

    ·         Refunds processed via original payment method, bank deposits, Wallet, or other methods.

    ·         Review Product with courier before acceptance.

    Refund Policy

    1. Overview

    ·         At Imprint, customer satisfaction is important to us.
    This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for print and books orders placed through the imprint and imprint Delivery mobile applications.

    ·         By placing an order through the App, you agree to this Refund Policy.

    2. Eligibility for Refunds

    Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

    • Printing defects or quality issues caused by Imprint.
    • Incorrect order fulfillment (wrong item, specifications, or quantity).
    • Order canceled before printing or processing has started.
    • Order not delivered due to an error caused by imprint or its delivery partners.

    3. Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

    • Orders that have already been printed or processed.
    • Errors in uploaded files (spelling, design, formatting, resolution).
    • Change of mind after order confirmation.
    • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
    • Delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
    • Orders successfully delivered and accepted.

    4. File Responsibility

    ·         Customers are responsible for reviewing uploaded files before confirming orders.

    ·         Imprint is not responsible for content errors contained within customer-provided files.


    5. Refund Request Process

    To request a refund:

    1. Contact customer support through the App
    2. Provide your order number and reason for the request
    3. Attach photos or evidence if the issue relates to print quality or delivery problems

    All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order delivery.

    6. Refund Approval

    • Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
    • Approval or rejection will be communicated via the App or email or WhatsApp.
    • Imprint reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion.

    7. Refund Method & Timing

    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take 5–14 business days.
    • Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.

    8. Partial Refunds

    In some cases, a partial refund may be issued, such as:

    • Minor defects that do not prevent product use.
    • Partial order fulfillment.

    9. Order Cancellations

    • Orders can only be canceled before printing begins.
    • Once printing or processing starts, cancellations are not allowed.
