1- Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how and when orders
placed through the Imprint and Imprint Delivery mobile
applications can be canceled.
By placing an order through the App, you agree to this
Cancellation Policy.
2. Order Cancellation
Eligibility
Orders may be canceled only before printing or
processing has started.
Once printing, binding, or any production process begins,
the order cannot be canceled.
3. How to Cancel an
Order
To cancel an eligible order:
Cancellation requests must be made immediately
after order placement and before production begins.
4. Orders That Cannot
Be Canceled
Orders cannot be canceled in the following
cases:
You may return or
replace the Product within 1 days following receipt, provided:

Product is in same condition as received.

Not opened, used, installed, damaged or altered.
·
Original invoice copy provided.
·
Not among non-returnable list.
