Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 30, 2025
This Cancellation Policy explains how and when orders placed through the ImPrint and ImPrint Delivery mobile applications can be canceled.
By placing an order through the App, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
Orders may be canceled only before printing or processing has started.
Once printing, binding, or any production process begins, the order cannot be canceled.
To cancel an eligible order:
Open the ImPrint App
Navigate to your order details
Submit a cancellation request through customer support
Cancellation requests must be made immediately after order placement and before production begins.
Orders cannot be canceled in the following cases:
Printing or processing has already started
The order has been completed or delivered
The order includes customized or personalized printed materials
The delay or issue is caused by incorrect files or details provided by the user
If the order is canceled before printing starts, a full refund may be issued according to the Refund Policy
If cancellation is requested after production begins, no refund will be issued
Orders cannot be canceled once they are out for delivery
Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information are not eligible for cancellation or refund
ImPrint reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
Payment failure or suspected fraud
Unavailability of materials or services
Technical errors affecting order processing
Legal or policy violations
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund if payment has already been completed.
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted in the App with an updated effective date.
