By placing an order through the App, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
ImPrint provides delivery within supported service areas only.
Delivery availability may vary based on location and operational capacity.
Orders placed outside supported areas may be canceled and refunded.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
Order volume
Printing or processing time
Traffic or weather conditions
Public holidays or force majeure events
ImPrint does not guarantee exact delivery times.
Shipping or delivery fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
Fees may vary based on:
Delivery location
Order size or weight
Delivery method
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when delivery fails due to an error caused by ImPrint.
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery details.
Proof of delivery may be required upon receipt.
A delivery may be considered failed if:
Incorrect or incomplete address details are provided
The recipient is unavailable at the delivery location
The recipient refuses to accept the order
In such cases:
Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees
Orders may be returned or disposed of without refund
Order status and delivery updates are available through the App.
Tracking information is provided where applicable.
ImPrint is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Government actions
Network outages
Strikes or transportation disruptions
If an order is damaged during delivery, contact customer support within 48 hours of receipt.
If an order is lost due to an error caused by ImPrint or its delivery partners, a replacement or refund may be issued.
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted in the App with an updated effective date.
